Hope & Roots is a private LLC founded in 2023 in Dothan AL

William Elkington MD is the founder.  He received his MD from West Virginia School of Medicine in 2013 and finished a residency in Psychiatry at WVU in 2017.  He has been practicing in the wiregrass area since that time.

Hope & Roots intends to treat patient compassionately and practically in part by implementing improvements in the Quality practice of Psychiatry as they become available. 

The application of principles derived from disciplines such as:  Six Sigma and Lean may be of use in this.  This comes from Dr. Elkington's 15 years experience as a Chemical engineer, but the welfare of patients is paramount.
